Bunion Surgery
Bunion surgery generally involves an incision in the top or side of the big toe joint and the removal or realignment of soft tissue and bone to relieve pain and restore normal alignment to the joint.

Bunionette Surgery
A bunionette is similar to a bunion, but on the outside of the foot (below). It is sometimes referred to as a "tailor's bunion" due to the fact that tailors once sat cross legged all day with the outside edge of their feet rubbing on the ground.

Digital Fusion
Fusion of the toe is most often used to correct toe fractures or, like implant arthroplasty, to increase the stability of the toe after arthroplasty. After the bone ends are removed, they are positioned together so that the bones unite.

Repair of Hagland's Deformity
Haglund's Deformity is a condition of pain and discomfort on the posterior (back) aspect of the heel at the area of the insertion of the Achilles tendon. The typical patient is usually a female who wears high-heeled shoes.

Nail Matrixectomy for Correction of Ingrown Nails
Painful ingrown nails may be congenital, caused by an overcurvature of the nail, or an imbalance between the width of the nail plate and the nail bed. Toe injuries that change the nail's contour also can lead to an ingrown toenail.
